Le système EasyLift réinvente la manière dont les couverts de spa et les leviers fonctionnent ensemble. En intégrant directement dans la structure du couvert des plaques de fixation adaptées aux leviers, l'installation devient plus rapide et plus précise, tout en réduisant les interstices susceptibles d'entraîner des pertes de chaleur.
Comme il s'agit d'un système spécialement conçu, les couverts EasyLift ne sont pas compatibles avec les leviers d'autres marques, et les leviers EasyLift ne sont pas conçus pour être utilisés avec des couverts ordinaires. What is the difference between a Standard Spa Cover with Lifter Plates and the EasyLift Hot Tub Cover System?
Standard spa covers are built as general-purpose products where lifter plates (if included) are retrofitted during production, and most lifters are purchased and installed separately, requiring measuring, drilling, and adjustments to get everything aligned. These mounting plates are usually
positioned below the vapor barrier, potentially compromising the cover's thermal seal.
The EasyLift Hot Tub Cover System is purpose-built from the ground up as a unified cover + lifter ecosystem. Lifter-ready mounting plates are integrated directly into the cover during production, with pre-drilled holes, so the cover and lifter are engineered to work together perfectly. EasyLift mounting plates are positioned above the vapor barrier, preserving the cover's thermal seal and protecting your insulation performance from day one.
Do the EasyLift cover and lifter have to be purchased together?
Yes! That's exactly what makes it special. The EasyLift System is sold as a complete cover + lifter bundle because every component is purpose-built to work together. The cover's integrated mounting plates are engineered specifically for EasyLift lifters, ensuring a precise fit, optimal performance, and a seamless installation experience right out of the box. Rather than piecing together a cover and lifter separately and hoping they work well together, the EasyLift System takes the guesswork out completely: one purchase, one system, zero compatibility concerns.
What are the three EasyLift systems, and which one is right for me?
The EasyLift System is available in three lifter options to suit different budgets, spa configurations, and preferences:
EasyLift Standard - Manual Lifter: A dependable, budget-friendly option included at the base system price. Best for customers wanting a reliable, straightforward solution.
EasyLIft Premium - Hydraulic Lifter: Features gas shocks for smooth, assisted operation with a refined look. Ideal if you want easier day-to-day use with a premium feel.
EasyLift Elite - ARC Lifter: The flagship option with an undermounted design, maximum performance, and modern aesthetics. Best for customers who want the cleanest look and most convenient operation. Note: the ARC requires ~22" of rear clearance, so check your available space.
What happens if my cover wears out but my lifter is still working — do I have to buy the whole system again?
No, if you've previously purchased an EasyLift System from The Cover Guy, you can replace individual components as needed. If your cover wears out but your lifter is still in great shape, you can order just the cover. If your lifter needs replacing but your cover is holding up fine, we'll replace the lifter only. We'll use your original order data to ensure your new component fits perfectly with what you already have.
Please note that replacement components outside of the warranty period will be subject to an additional cost.
What hot tub shapes and sizes is the EasyLift System compatible with?
The EasyLift System is designed to work with most standard hot tub shapes and sizes, including rectangular, square, and offset/corner-cut models. It is not compatible with Custom, Octagon, Four Cut Corners, or Round hot tub shapes. The system accommodates spa ranges in X (length) from 72"–105" and Y (width) from 50"–96", making it a fit for most residential hot tub models on the market.
Do I need to add separate lifter plates to my cover for the EasyLift System to work?
No. This is one of the system's biggest advantages. EasyLift covers come with reinforced lifter mounting plates and pre-drilled holes already built into the cover structure. There's nothing extra to purchase, measure, or install. The cover arrives ready to pair with your chosen EasyLift lifter right out of the box.
What is the warranty on an EasyLift System?
The EasyLift System is backed by the same 3-year warranty we offer on all our covers, plus a 1-year warranty on the lifter. Each component is warranted individually, so if your cover fails, we'll send a replacement cover. If your lifter has an issue, we'll replace the lifter.
Please note that as a custom-made product, the EasyLift System is a final sale item and is not eligible for returns.
