What’s the difference between a Rolling Cover and Regular Cover?
Rolling Cover: Lightweight, easy to operate, and made with multi-layer insulation and water-resistant materials. They’re convenient and modern but may not offer the same structural rigidity or insulation properties as traditional hard covers.
Traditional Covers: Usually consist of high-density foam cores with vinyl or polyester outer shells and may be more rigid or bulkier. They often require lifters and more effort to remove and replace.
What size and shape of Rolling Cover can I order?
All Rolling Covers are custom-made to order. You can choose the dimensions that work best for your spa, however, Dimension A cannot be less than 84” (6.92 ft) or greater than 257.99” (21.4999 ft), and Dimension B cannot be greater than 95" (7.92ft).
Rolling Covers come in Square, Rounded Square, Rectangle, and Rounded Rectangle shapes.
Are Rolling Covers compatible with lifters?
No. Rolling Covers are designed to be used without traditional cover lifters. Their lightweight, segmented design makes bulky lifter systems unnecessary. For easier handling and storage, the cover can be paired with our Rolling Cover Cradle. We recommend allowing at least 28 inches of rear clearance so the Cover Cradle arms can fully extend.
How long can I expect my Rolling Cover to last?
With proper care and maintenance, a quality Rolling Cover can last up to 5 years. Longevity depends on environmental exposure, frequency of use, and how well the cover is cleaned and stored. Covers exposed to extreme conditions or heavy debris may have a shorter lifespan.

Is the Rolling Cover waterproof?
No, our Rolling Covers are made with WeatherShield™, a durable solution-dyed polyester fabric providing superior UV resistance, colorfastness, and protection against environmental exposure.
WeatherShield™ is water-resistant, ensuring protection from rain, snow, and spa water. The seams and materials are designed to repel water and prevent internal moisture buildup, helping to reduce mildew and heat loss.
Can Rolling Covers withstand harsh climates like heavy snow fall?
Yes—Rolling Covers are built to handle a wide range of weather conditions, including rain, UV exposure, and light snow. In areas that experience heavy snowfall, we recommend regularly removing accumulated snow to help prevent sagging or long-term damage.
Our Rolling Covers meet ASTM F1346-23 safety standards and have maintained structural integrity under static loads of up to 275 lbs, providing added peace of mind in challenging weather conditions.
